Meet Rani
The techniques I use in classes and sessions are a result of my life’s journey thus far. I studying Psychology in undergraduate and recieved my master’s degree in Counseling Education. While I was raising my daughter’s, I explored the more mystical side of life and myself. Over the past 15 years I have become a certified yoga teacher, with heavy focus on Yin Yoga and somatic healing of trauma. I have studied tantra and women’s sexuality, tarot, womb and feminine shamanism and a brief apprenticeship in Peruvian shamanism. I consider myself to be a lifelong student with a curiosity for life and the feminine spiritual journey that grows deeper with every step I take.

I offer at Align: Body & Soul, all the tools I have collected that have aided me in my own personal and spiritual growth. The process I follow in sessions is grounded in the framework of psychology with the depth and soulfulness of the mystic and somatic sciences of yoga, tantra, tarot and feminine shamanism. About Psychology of Tarot
Psychology of Tarot provides a powerful tool for women to dive into their personal story through the archetypal world of Tarot. It is a collaboration between the two of us to dive deep into the totality of your experience to fully process issues arising in your life. Each session includes a 5 card reading with The Tarot of Sacred Feminine deck along with the possibility of using guided meditations, breathwork and/or energy work to empower you with techniques to use in your everyday live. Each Session is 50 minutes long.
About Somatic Wisdom Integration (SWI)
The foundation for SWI is the belief that the answers are already within you! As women we often need to quiet the external noise and influences as well as heal past experiences and traumas to find our personal truth. Together we will explore unwanted patterns, life changes and traumas through a new lens. Tools I often use in sessions include guided meditations, breathwork, somatic experiencing techniques, and yoga. Each session is 50 minutes long.
